What makes this Geisha truly unique is its Semi-Honey (Semi-melado) fermentation process. By carefully leaving a portion of the coffee cherry’s natural mucilage during drying, we’ve amplified its innate sweetness and complexity, resulting in a cup that is both vibrant and silky.
